The location of the cottage is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the town center and rail station. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathroom is a work of art, with a fabulous shower and a luxurious copper bath. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The house is cleaned regularly and is very comfortable overall.

The noise from the main road and car park can be disruptive, especially in the evenings and at night.

The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the shower provided a refreshing experience. having a bag of ice provided was a thoughtful touch.

The heating seemed to be on a timer, resulting in some cold moments during my stay. The noise from the main road was also quite noticeable, making it difficult to relax.

This cottage is beautifully decorated and has great amenities, including a luxurious wet-room shower and a fantastic copper bath. It's a great base for exploring the town center of Stratford. I highly recommend it as a solo traveler.

We had a wonderful weekend at Simpsons Cottage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping and tourist areas. The facilities were great, especially the bath/wet room which was a lovely addition. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The house had everything we needed and the communication and directions were excellent. we had a fantastic time and would happily stay at Simpsons Cottage again.

Great location and plenty of space for my two teenage kids and my partner. Loved the style. Kitchen and bathroom excellent. After our theatre fest the kids appreciated a bit of Netflix downtime! Would highly recommend.

Simpsons Cottage at Grove Road Cottages was an absolute gem! The entire cottage was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious feel. The wetroom was a highlight, and the bedrooms were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. We also loved the convenient location, right in the heart of the town center. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was exceptional.
